At Zion Warne Studios, each piece is individually hand-blown and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our work, especially pieces that incorporate cremation ashes, we have the following policy:

 

🔹 Custom & Memorial Pieces

All memorial pieces and custom glasswork are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. These pieces are uniquely created for each client and cannot be resold or reproduced.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

🔹 Non-Custom Items

For non-custom, ready-made items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

🔹 Damage During Shipping

We take great care in packaging each piece, but if your item arrives damaged:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include photos of the item and packaging

• We will work with you to repair or replace the piece when possible

🔹 Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

• After this time, materials and production may already be in progress and cancellations may not be possible
