Sending Ashes with Care

We understand that sending ashes is a deeply personal and emotional step. Please know that every order is handled with the utmost care, respect, and intention throughout the entire process.

🌿 How Much to Send

We only require a small amount—approximately 1–2 tablespoons of ashes per piece.

You are welcome to send a little extra if you’d like, and any unused ashes can be returned upon request.

🔹 Packaging Instructions

Please package the ashes securely to prevent any loss during shipping:

Place ashes in a sealed plastic bag (double bagged is recommended)
Put the bag inside a padded envelope or small box
Include a note with your name and order details inside the package

🔹 Shipping Your Ashes

We recommend using a trackable shipping method (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for peace of mind.

Once your package has been sent, you may also email us your tracking number if you’d like us to keep an eye out for its arrival.

🔹 Care & Respect

All ashes are handled individually. Your materials are treated with care and respect at every stage of the process.

🔹 Return of Ashes

Whatever ashes are not used, will be returned with your order.
